The Tiny Home (Modular) Construction Fundamentals (THCF) program
The Tiny Home (Modular) Construction Fundamentals (THCF) program is a 10-week, hands-on micro-credential designed to equip participants with essential construction skills, paid work experience, and an accredited credential. Offered in partnership with the Province of Nova Scotia, Annapolis Valley Regional Centre for Education (AVRCE), and Cape Breton University, this program also allows participants to earn high school credits.
Addressing the growing demand for skilled workers in Nova Scotia’s construction industry—particularly in modular and NetZero construction—the program offers a unique blend of practical training and real-world impact.

Eligibility Requirements:
-Must be 16+ years old
-Must be legally allowed to work in Canada
-Must be unemployed, underemployed, or looking to reskill
-Must not be enrolled in a full-time school or educational program
